{"id":101902,"date":"2026-03-17T13:58:55","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T19:58:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformante.mx\/?p=101902"},"modified":"2026-03-17T13:58:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T19:58:58","slug":"enrique-vargas-recibe-premio-nacional-a-la-excelencia-municipal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformante.mx\/?p=101902","title":{"rendered":"ENRIQUE VARGAS RECIBE PREMIO NACIONAL A LA EXCELENCIA MUNICIPAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El senador <strong>Enrique Vargas del Villar<\/strong>, vicecoordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN, recibi\u00f3 el <strong>Premio Nacional a la Excelencia Municipal<\/strong> por su trayectoria en favor del municipalismo y por impulsar iniciativas orientadas a fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica en los ayuntamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reconocimiento fue entregado durante la <strong>XV edici\u00f3n de estos premios en el Instituto Nacional de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (INAP)<\/strong>, donde el legislador recibi\u00f3 el pergamino de manos del director del organismo, <strong>Luis Miguel Mart\u00ednez Arzaluz<\/strong>, junto a representantes de diversas instituciones nacionales e internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Vargas del Villar agradeci\u00f3 el reconocimiento y asegur\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 defendiendo a los municipios desde el Senado. Adem\u00e1s, reiter\u00f3 su postura cr\u00edtica frente al llamado <strong>\u201cPlan B\u201d de la Reforma Electoral<\/strong>, al considerar que podr\u00eda afectar la representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en los ayuntamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El senador advirti\u00f3 que la propuesta plantea reducir el n\u00famero de integrantes en cabildos de m\u00e1s de <strong>2 mil 400 municipios<\/strong>, lo que \u2014dijo\u2014 pondr\u00eda en riesgo la pluralidad y la participaci\u00f3n de minor\u00edas en los gobiernos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El galard\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n fue otorgado a <strong>20 municipios y diversos actores del \u00e1mbito local<\/strong>, tras la evaluaci\u00f3n de <strong>294 proyectos provenientes de 112 municipios<\/strong>, destacando iniciativas enfocadas en el fortalecimiento del buen gobierno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El senador Enrique Vargas del Villar, vicecoordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN, recibi\u00f3 el Premio Nacional a la Excelencia Municipal por su trayectoria en favor del municipalismo y por impulsar iniciativas orientadas a fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica en los ayuntamientos.
