Olivares, acudi\u00f3 al Quinto informe del Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Edom\u00e9x, Ricardo Sodi<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Al asistir al Quinto Informe del Magistrado Presidente del Poder Judicial estatal, Ricardo Sodi Cuellar, el Secretario General de Gobierno, Horacio Duarte Olivares asegur\u00f3 que hay condiciones para que en el Estado de M\u00e9xico se apruebe una Reforma Constitucional local que desarrolle e implemente la llamada Reforma Judicial.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que hay di\u00e1logo y coincidencias entre los tres poderes, El Ejecutivo, Judicial y Legislativo, para construir una propuesta 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al presupuesto destinado para la elecci\u00f3n de los Magistrados, el secretario Duarte Olivares se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas est\u00e1 trabajando una propuesta que no afecte los programas sociales, que es la prioridad del gobierno estatal.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
